Returns & cancellations
No returns are accepted as there is no way to cancel a Vietnamese domain name after registration has been done. To cancel the name, simply do not pay the bill for the nextcoming annual fee. In case your domain name registration gets denied by the Vietnamese government, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order within three (3) hours from when you submitted the form on our website, we will cancel your order and will not send out an invoice.
When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
