Rules for Vietnamese domain names
- Use only letters, numbers and hyphens (”-”). No spaces or punctuation.
- May not begin or end with a hyphen.
- Must have at least 3 characters, but no more than 63 including .VN.
- Both foreigners, companies and Vietnamese citizens can own .vn domain names.
- There is a fee of $10 to change DNS-servers.
- The content of the domain name may not violate the Vietnamese law or damage the Vietnamese government’s reputation.
